If you make an enquiry but do not become a client, your enquiry information is usually kept for up to 6 months after our last contact, unless there is a clear reason to keep it for longer.
If you become a client, your client record, including contact details, assessment information, therapy notes and relevant correspondence, is kept for 7 years after therapy ends, in line with insurance requirements, unless a longer period is required for legal, safeguarding, professional or complaint-related reasons.
Financial records, including invoices, are kept for the period required for tax and accounting purposes.
At the end of the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or destroyed unless there is a specific reason to retain it for longer.
