Acknowledgement of Complaints

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a complaint, we will:

  1. Review the information provided.
  2. Investigate the issues raised and any relevant records or processes.
  3. Contact you if further information or clarification is required.

Outcome

Following our investigation, we will provide you with a written response setting out:

• The outcome of our investigation;

• Any findings made;

• Any corrective or remedial action that will be taken, where applicable

Escalation and Right to Complain to the ICO

If you are dissatisfied with our response and we cannot resolve the issue, you may then complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
